These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hypra (the “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hypra. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Licensing

All image usage is governed by our Image License Agreement. You may only use images if you have an active subscription. Misuse or breach of license terms may result in account suspension or legal enforcement.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We may offer promotional discounts and affiliate commissions. All purchases are final. Refunds are only available under specific conditions described in the licensing terms.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

• Reverse-engineer, clone, or exploit our platform

• Use our images outside the scope of our license

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Hypra is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Your use is limited to the rights granted in your subscription.

7. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our licensing rules.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
