Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hypra (the “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hypra. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Licensing
All image usage is governed by our Image License Agreement. You may only use images if you have an active subscription. Misuse or breach of license terms may result in account suspension or legal enforcement.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. Prices and what each plan includes are stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may offer promotional discounts and affiliate commissions.
One account, one user — team seats
Each plan covers one user: the account holder. Accounts with team collaboration can invite additional active users from the account settings; each additional seat linked to the main account is billed to the account holder, starting at $9 per month per seat and decreasing with volume. Seats can be removed at any time and stop billing at the end of their period. On Enterprise plans, seats are included under the terms of the Enterprise agreement.
Immediate delivery
Your membership is a digital service delivered immediately: full access to the library and its tools opens the moment your payment is confirmed. We keep technical records of account access and downloads; they document that the service was delivered exactly as advertised.
Refund policy
Because delivery is immediate, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes renewal charges, partial billing periods, and unused time after cancellation. If you do not wish to continue, cancel from your account settings and your subscription simply ends at the close of the period already paid.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom: by subscribing you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as those rules permit for digital content supplied at once.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, by yourself, from your account settings — no email, no phone call, no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are simply not charged again. Subscribing always requires a clear, explicit payment step; no signup flow charges you by accident.
Payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, write to hi@hypra.studio first: honest billing questions are resolved quickly. Opening a card chargeback on a delivered, documented service instead of contacting us may lead to suspension of the account and its licenses while the dispute is open, and we will provide our delivery records (account creation, access and download logs, cancellation history) to the card networks.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Reverse-engineer, clone, or exploit our platform
Use our images outside the scope of our license
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Hypra is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Your use is limited to the rights granted in your subscription.
7. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our licensing rules.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
