Money-back guarantee

Hypra has no free trial. Instead, your first subscription, monthly or yearly, comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. These are its conditions; the app shows the same ones.

1. What it covers

• A 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid Personal or Pro subscription, monthly or yearly.

• For accounts created on or after October 27, 2026.

2. How to ask for it

• Request it within 7 days of your first payment, from Support in the Hypra app (signed in).

• Tell us what did not work for you: we may suggest a fix first. If it still is not right, the refund is automatic.

3. When it applies

You are eligible as long as, since your first payment:

• you downloaded 10 images or fewer;

• you used 20 credits or fewer;

• you bought no credit pack;

• you downloaded no Signature image.

4. What a refund does

• The first subscription payment is refunded to the original payment method, and the subscription ends immediately.

• The content of the account is deleted. Billing records are kept as the law requires.

• The license ends: you may no longer use any image or file downloaded or created with Hypra, and you must delete every copy.

5. Once per person

• One guarantee per person (same email or same payment method).

• After a refund you may subscribe again, but without a new guarantee.

6. Not covered

• Enterprise

• Lifetime

• Plans with added users

• Credit packs

7. Your rights

This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
